We are defining a service line for custom applications, portals, and internal systems.
The proposed tools can support customer requests, records, inventory, forms, approvals, and connections between existing platforms. We also plan to assess modernization of existing systems when that is an appropriate way to meet the need.
We want each project to have a clear scope, testing, documentation, and a handoff that helps the organization continue using its software. Staged development can help manage investment and review what works.
